Delete account & data

TourDex

You can delete your TourDex account and the associated data at any time. There are two ways:

Option 1: Directly in the app

  1. Open TourDex and go to the Settings tab.
  2. In the Account section (visible when you are signed in), tap “Delete account”.
  3. Confirm in the dialog. Your account and all data stored in the cloud are deleted permanently and immediately.

Note: “Erase all data” in the Data section only removes trips on the device, not your cloud account.

Option 2: Request by email

Send an email to 2easy4trash@gmail.com with the subject “Delete account” from the email address you registered with. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days and confirm the deletion to you.

What data is deleted?

What may be retained?

Data we are legally required to keep (e.g. invoicing / tax records for purchases via the Google Play Store) is retained for the legally prescribed period and then deleted. Purchases and billing are managed by Google; cancel a subscription in your Google account settings.

Note: trips you stored without an account, locally in the app only, reside solely on your device. Delete them via “Erase all data” in Settings or by uninstalling the app.
